Housing market speculation continues unchecked in the Niagara Falls, Ontario Region. Many of the new mainly foreign national property management companies are using fraudulent bidding scams to force the price of housing to astronomical levels. It works by creating a list of prospects (mostly realtors), and the meeting multiple times a day at the location. The system works like this:
A meeting time is discussed after each "sign-in". Then the participants will organize the new rules or parameters that they can agree on for their outlandish scheme. The flocking mentality is prevalent, and those who wholeheartedly participate in these events are damaging the already fragile Canadian housing market.
Meetings are a race to the front lines of the bidding competition. They are, and will be a game of will. Now, how does this effect your ability to purchase, buy and or sell your home? It is very simple. It is based on how many hours your realtor can stay awake, how many times they can spend a night in their car, how much they can afford on a motel, or whether or not they are able to check their alarm clocks on time.

There is a strong disregard for personal happiness and wellbeing. Time has proven that anthropocentric behavior is the driving force of human development. This shift in realization as shown the real facts that are contributing to this issue. Homes are no long family heirlooms, heritage, memories and tradition. They are simply sales items that are use by those who already own property and homes, to generate income.
The shift and prices, the cost of living, and the demand for luxury is not only a socioeconomic issue, but a social ongoing trend. In the past, homes were considered some place you would raise a family, and continue moving forward with your career. Now, they are a commodity used to generate profit, and drain as many resources as possible from the general public. Houses that are purchased by property management companies, corporations and large entities can also be used to generate more profit that is derived from government resources. This simply means that a portion of the homes will be primarily delegated to those who are receiving social assistance or housing subsidization. The majority of these individuals will have children, but still get to live in a brand new home based on circumstance. This is also related directly to the drive for earning as much income as possible, and finding loopholes through government resources to maximize profit.
After standing in line for over 3 hours, I realized that my constant trips were simply not worth the headache.
I am also disgusted with the fact that it was also only paid $300 for a property management company that was attempting to purchase an entire property development survey. This means multiple homes. So the truth is, when you are purchasing a home, the majority of the price constraints have been delegated by people who have been standing in line for some bizarre bidding war for days on end. If this is your realtor, I would suggest finding other ways of selling your home. This dangerous method of promoting property is choking our ability to live, and enjoy our lives. Only certain members of society will be privileged enough to live in these conditions, but we'll have absolutely no idea of how they actually got there.
Empire Property Management
By using a team of investors, the ability to gather vast amounts of resources without public knowledge is much easier than you would think. As the majority of the Realtors in the current situation are foreign, they are also receiving a large amount of support from those who believe in their initiative, and funding their business drive. Taking advantage of other people who live in their own country.
If you have a set stream of investors who are also ignorant, even $1 would mean enough of a difference to finance your own fiscal reasoning. Without understanding where their money is going, why it's going to this location, and what it actually means is one of the core elements that are taken advantage of by these perpetrators. For instance, if you have an entire village who is willing to sacrifice a small amount of income to support a business owner who moves out of the country with hopes of sending lots of money back home, you are not going to hesitate to get out of poverty. Even if it's not going to work, the hope of finding a way to do better is the primary driving factor.
Anthropocentric Behavior
This is the human definition of placing their own personal needs over that of the old planet, or that of those around them. It is the central core ideology that has caused colonialism, environmental damage, and essentially human misery. This form of thinking only has negative effects in the future. Some of the primary negative resources of this type of behavior are the fact that you are creating unsustainable environments. If you create an unsustainable environment, it is doomed to fail. Environments that aren't going to work are simply ones that are used as some form of financial cash grab, that will only satisfy the perpetrators for a short amount of time.
It is extremely difficult if not impossible to monitor these types of instances. Law enforcement is not able to intervene, or even have any knowledge before it is too late. There are also different protection measures that are being put in place. This will be by using the language barrier, simply pretending like they do not understand, or having multiple family members attend, or because they work in large groups that can also use the language barrier together. In conclusion, without the love for individuality, a strong passion for building homes and families the financial portion of living becomes more prevalent. This makes life more difficult, and overtime will ultimately permanently damage our ability to be creative and self-sufficient.
